- Sales Associate Mike has joined Garnand Marketing, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. Mike brings with him twenty five plus years of experience in the foodservice industry. In that time, Mike worked as a purchasing manager and a produce manager for COI Foodservice and Shoney's Inc. Mike was also responsible for the buying and distribution of training materials / business forms and other non food items for over 1500 restaurants. Ernie Scott - Sales
Associate
Ernie’s role with
Garnand Marketing is a produce inspector to provide quality
assurance to our customers.
Ernie brings “23” years experience as a licensed inspector
with The Department of Agriculture “Fresh Fruit & Vegetable
Inspection”. His career
with The Department of Agriculture began in 1961 through 1963, at
which time Uncle Sam required his presence. After a 20 year
stay in the Army, Ernie retired and ran a 24 hour Restaurant for
four years which gave him a good look at the produce business from
another side of the counter. Ernie came back
with the Department of Agriculture until his recent retirement.
He is currently licensed in onions, potatoes, seed potatoes,
apples, prunes, plums, peaches, apricots, cherries and asparagus. Your product
will be inspected prior to shipment to insure that it meets the
quality specifications that have been developed for your program. We
are excited to have Ernie as part of our team.

Aaron Beck - Sales Associate Aaron was born and raised in
Lewiston, Idaho and grew up learning the cattle business on the
family ranch. Aaron is enthusiastic about working in the
produce industry and brings fresh new ideas to our company. He
will be focusing his time on the newly expanded fresh produce and
vegtable side, but will also be involved with potatoes and onions.
We are excited to have Aaron as a member of our team.

Robert L. Dodge - Potato Inspector Bob's role with Garnand Marketing is as a consultant and inspector. Bob has over 30 years experience in the potato industry. He has been a grower, production manger, a field buyer, and a quality control inspector. Bob will inspect your potato purchase prior to shipment to insure the quality specifications that have been developed for your program. We are excited to have Bob on our team and we look forward to providing you with the highest possible quality potatoes. |
