The potato markets seem to have settled a bit for the moment. Business was slow after Mother’s Day, which is to be expected, but hasn’t seem to really pick up for Memorial Day. Next week being a short week will take some planning if we are going to make timely deliveries. Please be sure to get your orders in as quickly as possible.
Onions are coming from Texas and California. Markets seemed to have found trading levels in both areas and they are moving well. We hear of very good yields in both of the producing areas in Texas and expect to have solid availabilty through June weather premitting.
